This is one of my favourite activities, chasing the wee scuttlers
(crabs) in the shallows while the boss takes guests out in the boat,
probably fishing or a Scenic trip, then again he may be picking
a couple up from a day on a deserted beach, picnic basket and all.
Now which rock did it go under?????

give you the ultimate in a fresh seafood luncheon, along with some of
Marlboroughs famous Sauvignon Blanc or Reisling.
Day walks on the Queen Charlotte Track
Walk the Queen Charlotte Track to Furneaux Lodge (2 hours)for
lunch then relax in the beautiful grounds. Have Nigel pick you up
at the jetty or carry on walking to Punga Cove (3.5 hours). You
can be picked up from the jetty and brought back to Tawa Cove for
dinner. Check out our Queen Charlotte Track

Deserted Beach
Spend a few hours or a whole day on a deserted beach. Tawa Cove's
24ft Sea Ray can drop you off with a picnic lunch and beach umbrella.
These secluded sheltered places offer swimming and privacy and a
little bit of that something special. Treat yourself.
Kayaking
Paddle around the Inlet or explore Tawa Bay. A truly great way
to be at one with nature. View the seabirds and hidden nooks and
crannies of the shoreline |
